제1 장 총칙
제1 조 (목적)
본 약관은 ㈜형설이엠제이(이하, ‘회사’라 합니다.)가 운영하는 '외국인을 위한 KBS한국어/KBSKLT'(이하 'KBSKLT'라 합니다.)이 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’라 합니다.) 이용자와 회사 간의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2 조 (약관 등의 명시와 설명 및 개정)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 본 약관의 내용을 초기 서비스 화면에 게시합니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 약관의 규제에 관한 법률, 거래기본법, 전자서명법, 정보통신망 이용 촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 방문판매 등에 관한 법률, 소비자법 등의 관련법 안에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'의 약관 개정 시 적용일자 및 개정 사유를 명시하여 현행 약관과 함께 'KBSKLT'의 초기 화면에 그 적용일자 7일 전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다.
4. 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원 탈퇴(해지)를 요청할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관의 효력 발생일로부터 7일 이후에도 거부 의사를 표시하지 아니하고 서비스를 계속 사용할 경우 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
5. 본 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 본 약관의 해석에 관하여는 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
제3 조 (용어의 정의)
1. 이용자 : 회원가입 여부를 불문하고 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 서비스 이용자를 말합니다.
2. 가입 : 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 신청서 양식에 해당 정보를 기입하고, 본 약관에 동의하여 서비스 이용계약을 완료시키는 절차입니다.
3. 회원 : 'KBSKLT'에 개인정보의 제공 및 등록을 한 자로서, 'KBSKLT'의 정보 및 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
4. 아이디(ID) : 회원의 식별 및 서비스 이용을 위하여 회원이 선정한 문자와 숫자의 조합을 말합니다.
5. 비밀번호(PW) : 회원이 통신상의 자신의 개인정보 보호를 위하여 회원 자신이 선정한 문자와 숫자의 조합을 말합니다.
6. 탈퇴(해지) : 회사 또는 회원이 이용계약을 해지하는 것을 말합니다.
7. 개인정보 : 개인에 대한 신상정보로써 이름과 연락처 등의 사항에 의하여 회원을 식별할 수 있는 정보(다른 정보와 결합하여 식별할 수 있는 경우를 포함)를 말합니다.
8. 서비스의 중지 : 정상이용 중 회사가 정한 일정한 요건에 따라 일정 기간 동안 서비스의 제공을 중지하는 것을 말합니다.
제2 장 이용계약의 성립 및 해지
제4 조 (이용계약의 성립)
1. 이용계약은 이용자가 본 약관 내용에 대한 동의와 이용신청에 대하여 'KBSKLT'의 이용승낙으로 성립합니다.
2. 본 약관에 대한 동의는 이용신청 당시 'KBSKLT'의 ‘위의 이용약관에 동의하십니까?’라는 물음에 이용자가 ‘동의함’버튼을 누름으로써 의사표시를 합니다.
제5 조 (회원가입)
1. 회원가입은 신청자가 온라인으로 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 소정의 가입신청 양식에서 요구하는 사항을 기록하여 가입을 완료하는 것으로 성립됩니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 그 사유가 해소될 때까지 이용계약 성립을 유보할 수 있습니다.
① 서비스 관련 제반 용량이 부족한 경우
② 기술상 장애 사유가 있는 경우
3. 이용신청자는 다음 사항을 준수하여야 합니다.
① 타인 명의를 사용하여 기재할 수 없습니다.
② 가입신청 양식의 내용은 가입 당시 현재의 사실과 일치해야 합니다.
③ 사회의 안녕, 질서 또는 미풍양속을 저해할 목적으로의 신청은 불가합니다.
④ 등록 양식 또는 그 내용에 변경이 생긴 경우 현재의 사실과 일치하는 완전한 정보로 갱신해야 합니다.
⑤ 사실과 일치하지 않거나 잘못 입력한 개인정보로 발생하는 오류에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
⑥ 이용신청자가 제공한 정보가 부정확하거나 현재의 사실과 일치하지 않는 경우, 또는 그러하다고 의심할 수 있는 객관적인 사실이 있는 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
4. 만 14세 미만의 어린이는 부모 등 법정 대리인의 동의를 얻은 후에 서비스 이용을 신청하여야 합니다. 또한 만 19세 미만의 이용자가 유료 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우에도 이와 같습니다.
제6 조 (회원 정보의 변경)
1. 'KBSKLT'의 회원 ID는 원칙적으로 변경이 불가하며, 부득이한 사유로 인하여 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 해당 ID를 해지하고 재가입해야 합니다.
(단, 재가입 시 기존구매내역은 관계 법령에서 정한 보유기간이 경과하면 지체 없이 삭제됩니다.)
2. 회원 ID는 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 회원 또는 'KBSKLT'의 요청으로 변경할 수 있습니다.
① 회원 ID가 이용자의 전화번호, 연락처 등으로 등록되어 회원의 사생활을 침해할 우려가 있는 경우
② 타인에게 혐오감을 주거나, 미풍양속에 저해되는 경우
③ 기타 'KBSKLT'의 합당한 사유가 있는 경우
제7 조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실 등)
1. 회원은 회원 본인이 'KBSKLT'의 서비스 또는 전자우편을 통하여 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 'KBSKLT'는 즉시 회원탈퇴를 처리합니다.
2. 회원이 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 'KBSKLT'는 사전 통지 없이 회원 자격을 제한 및 정지시키거나, 기간을 정하여 서비스 이용의 일부를 중지 및 제한할 수 있습니다.
① 가입 신청 시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우
② 다른 사람의 'KBSKLT' 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 전자상거래 질서를 위협하는 경우
③ 'KBSKLT'에서 제공되는 정보를 변경하는 등 'KBSKLT'의 운영을 방해한 경우
④ 법령 또는 본 약관이 금지하거나 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우
- 다른 회원의 ID를 부정하게 사용하는 행위
- 'KBSKLT'로부터 특별한 권한을 부여받지 않고 'KBSKLT'의 클라이언트 프로그램을 변경하거나 'KBSKLT'의 서버를 해킹하는 등의 행위
- 다른 회원에 대한 개인 정보를 동의 없이 수집, 저장, 공개하는 행위
- 범죄와 결부된다고 객관적으로 판단되는 행위
- 기타 관련 법령에 위배되거나 'KBSKLT'가 정한 이용조건에 위배되는 경우
- 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 경우
3. 'KBSKLT'가 회원의 자격을 제한 정지시킨 후, 동일한 행위가 2회 이상 반복되거나 30일 이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 'KBSKLT'는 회원자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
4. 'KBSKLT'가 회원자격을 상실시키는 경우에는 회원 등록 내용을 말소합니다. 이 경우 회원에게 이를 통지하고, 회원등록 말소 전에 최소한 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 소명할 기회를 부여합니다.
5. 'KBSKLT'는 회원자격을 상실하고 등록이 말소된 회원이 다시 이용신청을 하는 경우 일정기간 그 승낙을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제3 장 서비스 이용
제8 조 (서비스 이용시간)
1. 서비스의 이용은 연중무휴 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 'KBSKLT'의 업무상 또는 보수점검, 교체, 고장 등 기술상의 이유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부가 일시적으로 중지될 수 있습니다.
이러한 경우 'KBSKLT'는 사전 또는 사후 이를 공지합니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스를 특정 범위로 분할하여 각 범위별로 이용 가능 시간을 별도로 지정할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우, 그 내용을 사전에 공지합니다.
제9 조 (서비스의 내용)
'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 서비스는 다음과 같습니다.
1. 'KBSKLT' 프로그램 정보
2. 인터넷 교육 콘텐츠(교재 포함)
3. 게시판
4. 그 외 다양한 부가서비스
제10 조 (서비스의 요금)
인터넷 교육 콘텐츠(교재 포함)를 제외한 기본적으로 'KBSKLT'에서 제공하는 프로그램 정보, 콘텐츠 정보, 게시판, 기타 부가서비스는 무료를 원칙으로 하며, 회원가입만으로도 이용하실 수 있습니다. 다만, 인터넷 교육 콘텐츠(교재 포함) 유료 서비스의 경우 각 콘텐츠별로 표시된 요금을 이용자가 지불하여야 이용할 수 있습니다.
제11 조 (결제 취소 및 환불 규정)
1. 'KBSKLT'의 부득이한 사정으로 유료 서비스를 지속할 수 없을 경우, 이용자가 이용요금을 요구할 시 이용자가 지정하는 계좌로 환불합니다.
단, 잔여이용료 환불 시 이는 'KBSKLT'가 규정한 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
2. 요금 선납 이용자가 유료 서비스 이용 신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우에는 취소 사유를 명기하여 본인이 직접 고객센터로 전화나 문의 게시판을 통하여 취소 신청할 수 있습니다.
3. 취소 또는 환불 신청을 받은 'KBSKLT'는 각 서비스의 각 인터넷 서비스에 명기된 환불 정책에 따라 취소 또는 환불 신청에 응할 수 있습니다.
단, 'KBSKLT'는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 이용자의 환불 신청을 승낙하지 아니할 수 있습니다.
① 이용자의 실수로 이용기간 내에 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우
② 환불 관련 제비용이 잔여 이용료를 초과할 경우
③ 서비스에서 탈퇴한 후 환불을 요구할 경우
④ 단시간 또는 일회성으로 이용할 수 있는 콘텐츠
⑤ 기타 정당한 환불 사유로 판명되지 않은 경우
4. 환불 신청에 따른 처리 소요 시간은 결제 수단에 따라 약 5영업일이 소요될 수 있으며, 환불 처리 기간이 길어질 경우 이용자에게 미리 공지하며, 이용자는 이에 대해
'KBSKLT'의 고의적 지연이 아닌 한 책임을 물을 수 없습니다.
5. 수강 취소 및 환불 규정은 다음 각 호가 적용됩니다.
① 집합교육 콘텐츠의 경우

③ 정기 시험의 경우
- 접수취소 신청은 ‘시험’ 홈페이지에서만 가능하며, 취소 신청 기간 및 방법은 다음과 같다.
- 취소 신청 기간: 접수일부터 시험 전일 낮 12시까지
- 취소 신청 방법: 취소 사유를 명기하여 본인이 직접 고객센터로 전화나 문의 게시판을 통하여 취소 신청

* 다음 각 호의 사유에 의해 시험 응시가 불가할 경우 응시자가 해당 증빙자료를 제출하면 응시료를 전액 환불한다.
1. 해당 시험 접수기간 만료 이전에 접수를 취소하고 환불을 요청하는 경우
2. 해당 시험에 중복 접수한 자
3. 국가의 비상사태로 시험을 시행할 수 없을 경우
4. 시험 진행 중 시험 운영사의 시스템 결함 등에 의해 시험이 더 이상 진행되지 못할 경우에 해당되는 접수자(단, 결시자는 해당 사항 없음.)
5. 천재지변(지진, 화재, 폭우, 폭설 등)으로 인하여 시험 운영사가 정상적으로 시험을 진행할 수 없는 경우
6. 직계가족(친가 혹은 처가 측 조부모, 부모, 형제, 자매, 배우자, 자녀)의 사망 (단, 접수자 본인과의 가족 관계를 증명할 수 있는 공식 서류와 사망 확인 서류 제출 필수)
- 본인과의 가족관계가 나와 있는 공식 서류(가족관계증명서, 주민등록 등본 등)와 사망을 알 수 있는 증빙 서류 제출
7. 접수자 본인 및 형제, 자매, 자녀의 결혼
- 본인과의 가족관계를 증빙할 수 있는 공식 서류와 결혼일(시험일과 동일하여야 함)을 알 수 있는 증빙 서류 제출
8. 사고, 질병으로 인한 수술 및 입원
- 입원기간 내에 해당 시험일이 포함되어 있어야 하며, 진단서 또는 입원증명 자료 제출
9. 접수자의 부모, 형제, 자매, 배우자, 자녀의 사고, 질병 등으로 입원 시 접수자 이외에 동거인이나 간병인이 없는 접수자
- 본인과의 가족관계가 나와 있는 공식 서류와 사고, 질병 및 입원증명 서류
10. 기타, ‘시험’의 연기가 불가피하다고 시험 운영사가 인정하는 수험자
- 관련 증빙자료 제출
※ 단, 6~10에 해당하는 접수자는 해당 회차 시험일 이후 1주일 이내 증빙 서류를 제출하여야 유효하며 각 항 공히 시험일이 해당 사유일에 포함되어야 한다.
※ 6~10의 증빙 서류를 해당 회차 시험일 이후 7일 이내에 제출하지 못한 자 및 기타 환불이 불가하다고 판단되는 자에게는 응시료 환불을 하지 아니한다.

⑤ 교재 단품의 경우
- 출고 완료 후 10일 이내에 주문 상품에 대해 신청이 가능하며, 홈페이지 또는 고객센터를 통하여 접수 가능합니다.
- 상품 하자가 아닌 이용자의 단순 변심 및 상품 훼손 시 환불 불가하며, 환불 시 상품 택배비는 이용자 부담입니다. (착불 시 반송될 수 있습니다.)
- 보내주신 상품은 반품 담당자의 검수 후 상품에 이상이 없을 시 환불 처리됩니다.
⑥ 용어 안내
- 결제일: 상품 구매를 결정하고 상품에 대한 대금을 지불한 날
- 학습 시작일: 상품 결제 완료 시 자동으로 수업이 시작된 시점
- 진도율: 해당 강좌의 총 동영상 시간 중 회원이 수강한 시간의 비율
- 시험 응시: 시험페이지 접속 후 시험문제 페이지까지 입장한 상태
6. 'KBSKLT'는 이용대금의 결제와 동일한 방법으로 결제 대금을 환불해야 하며 동일한 방법으로 환불이 불가능할 때에는 이를 사전에 고지하여야 합니다.
7. 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 서비스 중 유료로 파일을 다운로드 받는 상품의 경우, 다운로드 즉시 회수가 불가능하며 상품가치가 이용자에게 전달되는 상품이므로 원칙적으로 환불이 불가합니다.
(교안 파일의 경우에도 이에 해당합니다.)
8. 'KBSKLT'는 과오금이 발생한 경우 이용대금 결제와 동일한 방법으로 결제대금 전액을 환불하여야 합니다. 다만, 동일한 방법으로 환불이 불가능할 때에는 이를 사전에 고지합니다.
또한, 'KBSKLT'는 회원이 주장하는 과오금에 대해 환불을 거부할 경우에 정당하게 이용대금이 부과되었음을 입증할 책임을 집니다.
9. 'KBSKLT'의 책임 있는 사유로 과오금이 발생한 경우, 'KBSKLT'가 과오금을 환불하는 데 소용되는 비용은 합리적인 범위 내에서 이용자가 부담합니다.
10. 'KBSKLT'는 과오금의 환불절차를 디지털콘텐츠이용자보호지침에 따라 처리합니다.
제12 조 (정보의 제공 및 광고의 게재)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스의 운용과 관련하여 서비스 화면 등 'KBSKLT'에서 지정하는 위치에 광고 등을 게재할 수 있습니다.
2. 회원은 'KBSKLT'에서 제공하는 홈페이지 배너 광고 등에 대해 임의로 삭제, 비방과 기타 광고를 방해하는 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스 상에 게재되어 있는 광고주의 판촉활동에 회원이 참여하거나 거래의 결과로서 발생하는 모든 손실 또는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제13 조 (서비스 제공의 중지 및 이용 제한)
1. 무료 서비스의 경우, 'KBSKLT'는 필요에 따라 언제든지 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 수정하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 'KBSKLT'는 전자우편 또는
인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 회원에게 즉시 이를 고지합니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 이용자가 본 약관의 내용에 위배되는 행동을 한 경우, 제7 조 2, 3항에 따라 서비스 이용을 제한 및 중지할 수 있습니다.
제14 조 (지적소유권의 보호)
1. 'KBSKLT'가 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 및 기타 지적재산권은 모두 'KBSKLT'에 귀속합니다.
2. 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 가공, 판매하는 행위 등 서비스에 게재된 자료를 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠 및 서비스에 대하여 회원이 본 사이트 이외의 공간에서 단순 링크의 방법이나 기타 전자적인 방법을 통하여 복제, 전송, 배포하는 등의 행위는
상업적 목적 여부를 불문하고 금지됩니다.
4. 'KBSKLT'는 본 약관에 따라 회원에게 귀속된 저작권을 사용하는 경우 당해 회원에게 통보하여야 합니다.
제15 조 ('KBSKLT'의 의무)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 지속적, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력할 의무가 있습니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 회원의 개인 신상 정보를 본인의 승낙 없이 타인에게 누설, 배포하지 않습니다. 다만, 전기통신 관련 법령 등 관계 법령에 의하여 관계 국가기관 등의 요구가 있는 경우에는 그러지 아니합니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'는 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 이용자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 보안시스템을 갖추어야 합니다.
4. 'KBSKLT'는 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스와 관련한 회원의 불만사항이 접수되는 경우 이를 즉시 처리하여야 하며, 즉시 처리가 곤란한 경우 그 사유와 처리 일정을 서비스 또는 전자우편을 통하여 해당 회원에게 통지하여야 합니다.
제16 조 (이용자의 의무)
1. 회원 가입 시에 요구되는 정보는 정확하게 기입하여야 합니다. 또한 이미 제공된 정보가 정확한 정보가 되도록 유지, 갱신하여야 하며, 회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자가 이용하게 해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 회원은 'KBSKLT'의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스를 이용하여 어떠한 영리행위도 할 수 없으며, 법에 저촉되는 자료를 배포 또는 게재할 수 없습니다.
3. 회원은 관계 법령, 본 약관의 규정, 이용 안내 및 서비스 상에 공지한 주의사항 등 'KBSKLT'가 통지하는 사항을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 'KBSKLT'의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
4. 회원은 'KBSKLT'가 ‘개인정보처리방침’에 의하여 책임을 지는 경우를 제외하고, 본인의 ID와 비밀번호를 유지 관리할 책임이 있으며 본인의 ID와 비밀번호를 사용하여
발생하는 모든 결과에 대해 전적인 책임이 있습니다. 또한 본인의 ID와 비밀번호가 본인의 승낙 없이 사용되었을 경우 즉시 'KBSKLT'에 통보하여야 합니다.
5. 회원은 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
① 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 'KBSKLT'의 사전 승낙 없이 복사, 복제, 변경, 번역, 출판, 방송, 전송, 전시 기타의 방법으로 사용하거나 타인에게 제공하는 행위
② 서비스와 게시판에 음란물을 게재 또는 음란 사이트를 링크하거나 유포 등 사회질서를 해치는 행위
③ 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 모욕하는 행위, 타인의 특허, 상표, 영업비밀, 저작권, 기타 지적재산권 등의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 게시, 게재, 전자우편 또는 기타의 방법으로 전송하는 행위
④ 해킹 또는 컴퓨터 바이러스의 유포 행위
⑤ 타인의 의사에 반하여 광고성 정보 등 일정한 내용을 게시, 게재, 전자우편 또는 기타의 방법으로 지속적으로 전송하는 행위
⑥ 다른 회원의 ID를 부정 사용하는 행위(한 ID로 여러 명이 동시 접속하는 경우 포함)
⑦ 다른 회원의 개인 정보를 수집, 저장, 유포하는 행위
⑧ 회사의 직원이나 운영자를 가장하거나 사칭하는 행위
⑨ 서비스를 통해 전송된 콘텐츠의 발신인을 위조하는 행위
⑩ 서비스에 게시된 정보의 변경
⑪ 서비스를 통한 스토킹(Stalking), 기타 타인을 괴롭히는 행위
⑫ 서비스의 운영에 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있는 일체의 행위, 기타 관계 법령에 위배되는 행위
6. 5항의 각 호를 위반하는 행위를 하였을 경우 경고 조치 후 개선되지 않을 시 법적 조치가 진행됩니다.
제17 조 (양도금지)
회원은 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용 계약상 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며, 이를 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.
제18 조 (게시물 또는 내용물의 삭제)
1. 게시물에 대한 저작권을 포함한 모든 권리 및 책임은 이를 게시한 회원에게 있으며 'KBSKLT'는 'KBSKLT'의 서비스 내에 게재권을 갖습니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 회원이 서비스에 게시, 게재하거나 서비스를 통해 전송, 수신한 내용물 및 그 결과에 대하여 책임지지 않으며, 아래 사항에 해당하는 경우 게시물을 임의로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
① 본 서비스 약관에 위배되거나 불법, 음란, 저속하다고 판단되는 게시물을 게시한 경우
② 타 회원 또는 제3자를 비방하거나, 프라이버시를 침해하거나, 중상모략으로 명예를 손상시키는 내용인 경우, 허위사실 유포 등으로 정신적·물질적 피해를 입힌 경우
③ 서비스의 안정적인 운영에 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있는 경우
④ 범죄행위에 관련된다고 판단되는 내용인 경우
⑤ 'KBSKLT'의 지적재산권, 타인의 지적재산권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용인 경우
⑥ 특정제품의 선전 등 기타 상용목적으로 게시되는 내용인 경우
⑦ 입력된 정보를 무단 개조하는 경우
⑧ 타 회원의 ID, 비밀번호를 도용하는 경우
⑨ 'KBSKLT'가 규정한 게시판의 원칙 및 목적에 맞지 않는 사이버 시위 및 도배 목적 등 성격에 부합하지 않는 경우
⑩ 'KBSKLT'에서 규정한 게시기간을 초과한 경우
⑪ 사적인 정치적 판단이나, 종교적 견해의 내용으로 'KBSKLT'의 서비스 성격에 부합하지 않는다고 판단하는 경우
⑫ 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용인 경우
⑬ 기타 관계 법령에 위반된다고 판단되는 경우
제5 장 개인정보보호
제19 조 ('KBSKLT'의 보안관리)
'KBSKLT'는 이용자의 정보 수집 시 구매계약 이행에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다. 아래 사항을 필수사항으로 하며, 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 합니다.
'KBSKLT'는 이용자의 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보에 필요한 조치를 강구합니다.
다만, 회원이 게시판에 email, 채팅 등 온라인상에서 자발적으로 제공하는 개인정보는 다른 사람이 수집하여 사용할 가능성이 있으며 이러한 위험에 대해 모든 책임은 개인에게 있으며,
'KBSKLT'는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제20 조 ('KBSKLT'의 회원 정보사용에 대한 동의와 철회)
1. 회원의 개인정보에 대해서는 'KBSKLT'의 서비스에서 제공하는 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 'KBSKLT'가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 회원을 대상으로 해당 서비스의 양적, 질적 향상을 위하여 회원의 개인 식별이 가능한 개인 정보를
회원의 동의를 받아 이를 수집, 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'가 수집하는 개인정보는 서비스의 제공에 필요한 최소한으로 하되, 필요한 경우 더 자세한 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다.
4. 회원이 제공한 개인정보는 회원의 동의 없이 제3자에게 누설하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 'KBSKLT'는 관련 법률에 어긋나지 않는 한 제휴사를 통해
회원에게 제공되는 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 목적이나 통계 작성 또는 시장 조사 등을 위하여 필요한 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.
5. 'KBSKLT'는 회원들이 'KBSKLT' 및 제휴 업체의 서비스를 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 회원 정보를 제휴 업체에 제공할 수 있습니다.
이 경우 'KBSKLT'는 사전에 공지하며 이에 동의하지 않는 회원은 등록을 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만, 계속 이용하는 경우 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
6. 회원은 'KBSKLT'에 제공한 개인정보의 수집과 이용에 대한 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
7. 회원은 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 열람하고 변경사항을 정정할 수 있습니다.
8. 전기통신사업법 등 법률 규정에 의해 국가 기관의 요구가 있는 경우, 수사상 목적이 있거나 정보통신윤리위원회의 요청이 있는 경우 기타 관계 법령 절차에 따른
정보제공 요청이 있는 경우 회원 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.
9. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스를 통해 회원의 컴퓨터에 쿠키를 전송할 수 있습니다. 회원은 쿠키 수신을 거부하거나 쿠키 수신에 대해 경고하도록 브라우저 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.
다만, 서비스에 링크된 웹사이트들이 개인정보를 수집하는 행위에 대해서는 'KBSKLT'가 책임지지 않습니다.
제21 조 ('KBSKLT'의 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적)
1. 회원에게 제공되는 서비스의 양적, 질적 향상과 사이트 기획 시
2. 회원 정보를 이용한 비용 청구
3. 회원 정보를 이용한 마케팅
4. 제공된 개인정보는 당해 이용자의 동의 없이 목적 외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
① 배송업무상 배송업체에게 배송에 필요한 최소한의 이용자의 정보(성명, 주소, 전화번호)를 알려주는 경우
② 통계 작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 필요한 경우로서 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 제공하는 경우
③ 재화 등의 거래에 따른 잔금정산을 위하여 필요한 경우
④ 도용방지를 위하여 본인확인이 필요한 경우
⑤ 법률의 규정 또는 법률에 의하여 필요가 불가피한 사유가 발생한 경우
제22 조 (개인 정보 보유 및 이용기간)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 회원의 개인 정보를 탈퇴하기 전까지 보유합니다.
2. 회원은 본인이 탈퇴하기 전까지 'KBSKLT'에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 단, 본 서비스 약관에 위배되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
3. 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적이 달성된 경우 파기를 원칙으로 하고 있으나, 상법, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 국세기본법 등
법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요성이 있는 경우에는 개인정보를 보호할 수 있습니다. 'KBSKLT'의 개인정보 보유근거 및 기간은 다음과 같습니다.
① 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
② 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
③ 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년
④ 불건전한 서비스 이용에 따른 사법기관 수사의뢰 및 다른 회원을 보호하기 위한 경우: 1년
⑤ 계정 압류자: 2년
⑥ 단순 가입‧탈퇴를 반복하는 재가입 방지를 위한 경우: 6개월
⑦ 탈퇴 시 포인트 등의 잔여분이 있는 경우: 정산완료 시까지 보유
제6 장 사용정책
제23 조 (포인트 사용정책)
1. 포인트의 취득
① 회원가입, 상품구매, 이벤트, 이용후기, 고객보상 등을 통하여 이용자에게 포인트 적립 기회를 부여합니다.
② 적립된 포인트는 강좌 및 교재 구매 시에만 사용이 가능하며, 상품 구매 후 적립된 포인트는 취소, 반품 등의 경우에는 포인트 공제 후 해당 차액만 지급됩니다.
2. 포인트의 환불 및 소멸
① 이용자가 구매한 상품을 취소할 경우 결제 단계에서 사용한 포인트는 소멸됩니다.
② 적립된 포인트는 가용일로부터 'KBSKLT'가 지정한 일정 기간 동안 미사용하여 사용기간이 경과한 경우 자동 소멸됩니다.
③ 포인트는 회원탈퇴와 동시에 소멸됩니다.
④ 포인트는 현금으로 출금이 불가능합니다.
제23 조 (쿠폰 사용정책)
1. 쿠폰의 취득
① 각종 이벤트의 당첨, 고객보상 등을 통하여 취득할 수 있습니다.
② 강좌 또는 해당 교재 구매 시에만 사용이 가능합니다.
③ 쿠폰별로 사용기간과 조건이 다를 경우 그 조건을 통지합니다.
2. 쿠폰의 환불 및 소멸
① 쿠폰은 현금으로 출금이 불가능합니다.
② 쿠폰은 한 번에 한 개의 쿠폰만 사용이 가능하며, 이용자가 쿠폰을 사용하여 결제 후 취소한 경우 쿠폰의 내역은 복원되지 않습니다.
③ 쿠폰은 회원탈퇴와 동시에 소멸됩니다.
제7 장 수강 강좌 일시 정지
제25 조 (수강 강좌 일시 정지)
1. 회원은 수강기간 중 2회 7일 이내에 한하여 수강을 일시 정지할 수 있습니다. 수강 일시 정지 후 7일이 경과하면 자동으로 수강이 재개됩니다.
다만, 패키지 강좌의 경우 개별과목만 정지할 수 없으며, 전 강좌에 걸쳐 일시 정지가 적용됩니다.
2. 일시 정지 기간은 수강기간에 포함되지 않습니다.
3. 일시 정지 기간이 종료되면 별도의 통보 없이 일시 정지 기간이 해제되며, 해당 강좌는 수강중인 강좌로 전환되어 수강이 진행됩니다.
제8 장 기타
제26 조 (손해배상)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원이나 이용자에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 'KBSKLT'는 이에 대하여 일체의 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 제휴사가 취급하는 상품 또는 용역에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제27 조 (면책조항)
1. 'KBSKLT'는 천재지변, 전쟁 및 기타 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 'KBSKLT'는 기간통신 사업자가 전기통신 서비스를 중지하거나 정상적으로 제공하지 아니하여 손해가 발생한 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
3. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스용 설비의 보수, 교체, 정기점검, 공사 등 부득이한 사유로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.
4. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 이용자의 고의, 과실로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
5. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스에 표출된 어떠한 의견이나 정보에 대해 확신이나 대표할 의무가 없으며 회원이나 제3자에 의해 표출된 의견을 승인하거나 반대하거나 수정하지 않습니다.
'KBSKLT'는 어떠한 경우라도 이용자가 서비스에 담긴 정보에 의존해 얻은 이득이나 입은 손해에 대해 책임이 없습니다.
6. 'KBSKLT'는 회원간 또는 회원과 제3자 간에 서비스를 매개로 하여 물품거래 혹은 금전적 거래 등과 관련하여 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 아니하고,
회원이 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 기대하는 이익이나 손해에 관하여 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
7. 'KBSKLT'는 회원이 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 손익이나 서비스를 통하여 얻은 자료로 인한 손해에 관하여 책임을 지지 않으며, 회원이 본 서비스에 게재한
정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도 등 내용에 관하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 이용자에게 발생한 손해 중 이용자의 고의, 과실에 의한 손해에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
9. 'KBSKLT'는 'KBSKLT'가 제공한 서비스가 아닌 가입자 또는 기타 유관기관이 제공하는 서비스 내용상의 정확성, 완전성 및 질을 보장하지 않습니다.
따라서 'KBSKLT'는 이용자가 위 내용을 이용함으로 인하여 입게 된 모든 종류의 손실이나 손해에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
또한 'KBSKLT'는 이용자가 서비스를 이용하며 타 이용자로 인해 입게 되는 정신적 피해에 대하여 보상할 책임을 지지 않습니다.
10. 회원이 본 약관의 규정을 위반함으로 인하여 'KBSKLT'에 손해가 발생하게 되는 경우, 회원은 'KBSKLT'에 발생되는 모든 손해를 배상하여야 하며, 동 손해로부터 'KBSKLT'를 면책시켜야 합니다.
11. 'KBSKLT'는 서비스에서 제공되는 웹페이지, 게시판의 게시물 등이 보유되는 기간, 송수신할 수 있는 게시물의 최대 크기, 회원에게 할당되는
최대 디스크 공간 등 일반 사용에 대한 제한을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 일정기간 동안 활동이 없는 휴면상태의 ID를 해지할 수 있습니다.
제28 조 (분쟁의 해결)
1. 'KBSKLT'와 회원은 서비스 관련하여 발생한 분쟁을 원만하게 해결하기 위하여 필요한 모든 노력을 하여야 합니다.
2. 모든 노력에도 불구하고 소송이 제기될 경우, 'KBSKLT'의 본사 소재지 관할 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
제33 조 (법률의 적용)
회원의 서비스 사용으로 발생되는 모든 법적 문제는 대한민국 관계 법령의 적용을 받습니다.

1. 이 약관은 2021년 1월 1일부터 시행합니다.

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this agreement is to prescribe conditions and procedures for use between users and companies of the Internet-related service provided by "KBS Korean for Foreigners/KBSKLT" (hereinafter referred to as "KBSKLT") operated by Hyungseul EMJ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2 (Explanation, explanation, and revision of the terms and conditions, etc.)
1. 'KBSKLT' will post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial service screen.
2. "KBSKLT" may amend these terms and conditions within the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Act.
3. When revising the terms and conditions of 'KBSKLT', the application date and reason for the revision are specified and announced on the initial screen of 'KBSKLT' from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
4. If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request withdrawal (termination) and if he/she continues to use the service without expressing his/her refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she will be considered to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions.
5. Regarding the matters not prescribed in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, it is considered that you have agreed to the changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
1. User: It refers to a service user provided by 'KBSKLT' regardless of membership registration.
2. Subscription: This is a procedure to fill out the information on the application form provided by 'KBSKLT' and complete the service use contract by agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3. Member: A person who has provided and registered personal information with "KBSKLT" and who can continuously use the information and services of "KBSKLT".
4. ID: It refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by a member for the identification of members and the use of services.
5. Password (PW): A combination of letters and numbers selected by a member himself/herself to protect his/her personal information on communication.
6. Withdrawal (cancellation): It refers to the termination of a contract of use by a company or member.
7. Personal information: It refers to personal information about an individual that can be identified by name, contact information, etc. (including cases where it can be identified in combination with other information).
8. Suspension of service: It refers to the suspension of service provision for a certain period of time in accordance with certain requirements set by the company during normal use.
Chapter 2 Establishment and Termination of Contracts for Use
Article 4 (Conclusion of a contract for use)
1. The use contract is established with the consent of the user to the contents of these terms and conditions and the approval of the use of "KBSKLT" for the application for use.
2. At the time of the application for use, the user expresses his/her intention by pressing the "I agree" button on the question of "Do you agree with the above terms and conditions?" of "KBSKLT."
Article 5 (Membership registration)
1. Membership registration is established by the applicant completing the registration by recording the requirements of the prescribed subscription application form provided by KBSKLT online.
2. In any of the following cases, 'KBSKLT' may withhold the establishment of a contract for use until the reason is resolved:
① Service-related capacity is low
② If there is a technical reason for failure
3. Applicants must comply with the following.
① You can't write it in another person's name.
② The contents of the application form must match the current facts at the time of registration.
③ Applications for the purpose of hindering the well-being, order, or morals of society are not allowed.
④ Any changes to the registration form or its contents must be updated with complete information consistent with the current facts.
⑤ The member is responsible for any errors caused by personal information that does not match the facts or is incorrectly entered.
⑥ Use of the service may be restricted if the information provided by the applicant is inaccurate, inconsistent with the current facts, or if there are objective facts that may be suspected to be so.
4. Children under the age of 14 must apply for the use of the service after obtaining consent from legal representatives such as parents. This is also true for users under the age of 19 who want to use paid services.
Article 6 (Change of Member Information)
1. In principle, the member ID of "KBSKLT" cannot be changed, and if you want to change it due to unavoidable reasons, you must cancel and rejoin the ID. (However, upon re-registration, the existing purchase details will be deleted without delay after the retention period prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations has elapsed.)
2. Member ID may be changed at the request of a member or 'KBSKLT' if it falls under any of the following reasons:
① Where a member ID is registered as the user's phone number, contact information, etc. and is likely to infringe on the member's privacy
② Where it is repugnant to others or hindered by the good manners and customs
③ If there are other reasonable reasons for 'KBSKLT'
Article 7 (Membership withdrawal and loss of qualification, etc.)
1. Members can request withdrawal at any time through the service of KBSKLT or e-mail, and "KBSKLT" processes withdrawal of members immediately.
2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "KBSKLT" may restrict and suspend his/her membership without prior notice, or suspend and restrict part of the use of the service by a fixed period.
① Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership
② If it threatens the e-commerce order, such as interfering with other people's use of "KBSKLT" or stealing that information, etc.
③ In the case of obstructing the operation of "KBSKLT", such as changing the information provided by "KBSKLT"
④ Where the Act or these Terms and Conditions prohibit or act contrary to the customs and customs
- Fraudulent use of another member's ID
- Activities such as changing the client program of "KBSKLT" or hacking the server of "KBSKLT" without being given special authority from "KBSKLT".
- Collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information about other members without consent
- an act that is objectively judged to be linked to a crime
- In the case of violating other relevant laws and regulations or violating the conditions of use prescribed by "KBSKLT"
- In the case of damaging or penalizing another person's reputation
3. After "KBSKLT" restricts membership, "KBSKLT" may lose its membership if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
4. If "KBSKLT" loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the members shall be notified of this and given an opportunity to explain for a period of at least 30 days before the cancellation of the membership registration.
5. "KBSKLT" may restrict its consent for a certain period of time if a member who has lost his membership and whose registration has been canceled applies for use again.
Chapter 3 Use of Services
Article 8 (Service Hours)
1. In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a year. However, all or part of the service may be temporarily suspended due to technical reasons such as "KBSKLT"s business or maintenance inspection, replacement, or failure. In such cases, "KBSKLT" will notify you before or after.
2. "KBSKLT" can divide the service into specific ranges and specify the available time for each range separately. However, in this case, the contents are announced in advance.
Article 9 (Contents of Services)
The services provided by "KBSKLT" are as follows:
1. About the "KBSKLT" program
2. Internet education contents (including textbooks)
3. Bulletin board
4. Various other additional services
Article 10 (Fee for Services)
Except for Internet education contents (including textbooks), program information, content information, bulletin boards, and other additional services provided by "KBSKLT" are free of charge in principle, and can be used only by membership registration. However, in the case of paid services for Internet educational content (including textbooks), users must pay the fee indicated for each content to use.
Article 11 (Requirements for cancellation and refund of payments)
1. If the paid service cannot be continued due to unavoidable circumstances of "KBSKLT", the refund will be made to the account designated by the user when the user requests the usage fee. However, when refunding the remaining fee, this is in accordance with the refund policy stipulated by "KBSKLT".
2. If a prepaid user wants to cancel the application for the paid service, he or she can apply for the cancellation by calling the customer center or contacting the customer service board by specifying the reason for the cancellation.
3. "KBSKLT", which has received a cancellation or refund application, may apply for cancellation or refund according to the refund policy specified in each Internet service of each service. However, "KBSKLT" may not accept the user's application for a refund in any of the following cases:
① Where the service is not available within the period of use due to the user's mistake
② If the refund-related expenses exceed the remaining usage fee
③ Request a refund after withdrawing from the service
④ Content available in a short time or one time period
⑤ If it is not found to be a legitimate reason for refund
4. Depending on the payment method, the processing time of the refund application may take about 5 business days, and if the refund processing period is extended, the user is notified in advance, and the user cannot be held responsible unless it is a deliberate delay of "KBSKLT".
5. The cancellation and refund regulations apply to the following subparagraphs.

Article 12 (Provision of information and publication of advertisements)

Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision and Restriction of Use)

4. 5. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of services:

Chapter 6 Policies for Use

Article 23 (Coupon Usage Policy)

③ If the usage period and conditions are different for each coupon, the conditions are notified.
2. Refund and extinction of coupons
① Coupons cannot be withdrawn in cash.

③ Coupons expire upon withdrawal of membership.
Chapter 7 Suspension of Courses
Article 25 (Temporary Suspension of Course)
1. Members can temporarily suspend classes within 7 days of two classes during the course period. The class will automatically resume seven days after the suspension of the class. However, in the case of packaged courses, only individual subjects cannot be suspended, and temporary suspension applies to all courses.
2. The suspension period is not included in the course period.
3. When the suspension period ends, the suspension period will be lifted without further notice, and the course will be converted to the course you are taking.
Chapter VIII Other
Article 26 (Compensation for Damages)
1. "KBSKLT" shall not bear any responsibility for any damage to members or users in connection with the service provided free of charge.
2. "KBSKLT" is not responsible for products or services handled by its affiliates.
Article 27 (Exemption Clause)
1. "KBSKLT" will be exempted from responsibility for providing services if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other force majeure.

6. "KBSKLT" shall not bear any responsibility for goods or financial transactions between members or between members and third parties through services, and shall not bear any responsibility for the profits or damages expected by members in connection with the use of the service.
