1. 교육비(동영상 강좌 수강료)
- 학습 시작 전 : 전액 환불
- 학습 시작 후 7일 이내이고 진도율 0%인 경우 : 전액 환불
- 학습 시작 후 7일 이내이고 진도율 10% 미만인 경우 : 10% 공제한 금액 환불
- 학습 시작 후 7일 이내이고 진도율 10% 이상인 경우 : 환불 불가
- 학습 시작 후 7일 이후 : 환불 불가
※ 단, 교재가 포함된 상품의 경우 교재 대금은 환불 금액에서 제외

2. 모의고사의 경우
- 결제 후 7일 이내이고 시험에 미응시한 경우 : 전액 환불
- 결제 후 7일 이후이고 시험에 미응시한 경우 : 환불 불가
- 결제일에 관계없이 이미 시험에 응시한 경우 : 환불 불가

3. KBSKLT 정기시험(IBT)의 경우
- 시험 접수기간 내 취소 신청 시 : 전액 환불
- 시험 접수기간 종료 이후부터 시험 전일 낮 12시까지 : 응시료의 50%에 해당되는 금액 환불
- 시험 전일 낮 12시 이후 : 반환하지 아니함
※ 취소 신청 기간 : 접수일부터 시험 전일 낮 12시까지
※ 취소 신청 방법 : 취소 사유를 명기하여 본인이 직접 고객센터로 전화나 문의게시판을 통하여 취소 신청

2. Mock Test
- Within 7 days of payment and no test : Full refund
- After 7 days of payment and no test : No refund
- Already tested regardless of payment date : No refund

3. KBSKLT IBT Regular Test
- within the test registration period: Full refund
- From the end of the test registration period until noon the day before the test: Refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- After 12:00 p.m. the day before the test: no return
